1.EPFO Portal: Employees can access their PF Passbooks on a website run by EPFO.In order to check your PF passbook on the website, you must get your account tagged with your Universal Account Number or UAN.You will be able to print or download your EPF passbook from the website with the following steps given below:

2.Umang App: Employees will be able to check their PF Balance on their mobile phone simply by using the Umang App.Government of India introduced Umang App to offer access to several government services at a one platform.You can check EPF Passbook, raise claim, and track claim as well using the app.In order to get going, you must complete a one-time registration using your mobile number.

3 SMS: In case employees’ UAN has been registered with EPFO, they can fetch the details of their latest contribution and check PF Balance simply by sending an SMS to 7738299899Employees just need to send the message: EPFOHO UAN ENG.’ENG’ is the first three characters of the preferred language.If you wish to get the message in Hindi, you need to type EPFOHO UAN Hin.
You will be able to select from a total of 10 languages that may include English, Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, Punjabi, Telugu, Malayalam and Gujarati.The facility is available in 10 languages.
It is important to note that EPFO sends details of members available in its records.You must ensure that UAN is seeded with your respective bank account, PAN, Aadhaar.You may also ask your employer to seed it for you, in case it has not been done yet.
4.Missed Call: If you have been registered on the UAN portal, you can give a missed call to 9966044425 from your registered mobile number to get the details.
